Hi, I’m Dan, the founder of Ascent HR Inc.
I bring over 16 years of experience supporting organizations across a range of industries, with a focus on practical leadership, thoughtful people practices, and building workplaces where individuals can do their best work. I’m at my best when I’m partnering with leaders, developing others, and helping teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
Ascent HR was built on the belief that strong businesses are shaped by how well they support their people. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and rooted in real world experience; listening first, understanding the business, and then delivering HR solutions that actually fit.
Outside of work, my family is at the center of my life. My wife and I are raising three incredible kids, and most of our time together is spent outdoors, at the rink or the field, and enjoying the everyday moments that come with busy family life. Those moments bring perspective and balance.
